Roofing is a hazardous occupation and Enterprise Roofing will do whatever it takes to ensure our employees go home safety at the end of each shift.

We take a proactive approach to safety. Prior to employment, all employees must submit to drug testing and go through our safety orientation program. Once they are part of our crew, they are placed with Foremen that show them how to work safely in a rooftop environment.

In addition to entry level training, our crews hold tool box safety meetings at individual jobsites and mandatory company-wide safety meetings are held semi-monthly in our safety center.

Because of the wide ranging scope of roofing and waterproofing, we partner with safety providers and our Union Apprenticeship Training Center to give employees the tools they need to complete each task safely.
