Normal business hours are from 7am – 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

During this time, our phones are answered by living, breathing staff members who understand the hazards associated with roof leaks. They will take down the information needed to dispatch a service representative to perform leak repairs or evaluate your issue.

After hours, our customers can call our switchboard at (925) 689-8100 where they will be put in touch with our field service representatives who are readily-equipped with trucks and repair materials to perform a repair that will alleviate the immediate issue. Once you are in contact with our service representatives, they will proceed to the requested location and perform on-the-spot repairs and do whatever is possible to mitigate the damage.

After the storm clears, we will work with you to come up with a permanent solution if one could not be completed earlier.
